Max was very professional. His marketing expertise and knowledge was outstanding. He sent out flyers thought the mail. His professional photographer not only took pictures of the inside but used a drone to capture the beautiful oceanfront property it sits on. His suggestions for staging really accented the positive of our place. His communication and follow up was excellent. We always received step by step instructions for everything.We have used Max in four real estate transactions both as a seller and a buyer and would definitely use him again.
In 2023, due to some health issues, our family made the difficult decision to sell our condo at Wailea Palms. My wife and daughter went to Maui to prepare the condo for sale and pick a realtor to list with. They interviewed two groups and due to the informative meeting and presentation, settled on Max Blair and his team. There were a few deficiencies that needed to be dealt with during the sale and Max was very professional and had his regular trades and handyman look after these in short order, allowing us to close the deal in 10 days from origin. As former realtors, we feel that Max did an excellent job for us, and we will not hesitate to recommend him in the future. Max knows the business and the area very well and can move quickly and get positive results. He has excellent common sense too!
